What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
How long will it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) after receiving full payment.
Will I receive a confirmation email?
You will receive an email confirmation once you have placed your order & another email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
If you are unable to locate your confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org & we will follow up.
Can I cancel my order?
Please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com about any change or cancellations & we will try to catch it before it is processed, but we cannot promise we will be able to intercept it. If the order has already processed or shipped, you will need to follow the returns process.
Do you ship internationally?
We have just released our first physical product & currently only offer shipping across New Zealand. However we are actively working to include shipping internationally as soon as possible. If you are based outside of New Zealand & wish to purchase a physical product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the number of planners you would like to order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
returns & exchanges
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your item is fulfilled by us to request a return/exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for the costs of return shipping. We may also ask for you to provide proof of purchase.
Please get in touch at email@example.com to request a return or report a faulty product.
What if my item is defective or damaged?
Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue & make it right by way of exchange or refund. If you would like a refund & we agree your claim is justified, we will arrange for the purchase price to be refunded via your original payment method.
Can I return a digital product?
It is not possible to return a digital product. All digital products are final sale & no refunds will be issued.
