I have never used Notion before. Is it free?
Yes, Notion has a free plan which you can use to access the moneymaker budget tracker. You can sign up for Notion here. You need to have a Notion account in order to access & use the moneymaker. Notion is an intuitive platform & we have designed this tracker to be user-friendly for everyone, regardless of your knowledge of Notion - from beginners all the way to experts.
How does it work?
Upon purchase, you will receive an email with a link to download a PDF which contains step-by-step instructions & download links to the weekly, fortnightly & monthly tracker. Once you have downloaded the moneymaker into your Notion workspace, all instructions on how to use each part of the budget tracker & the 50/30/20 budgeting system are contained within the tracker.
Can I use my phone for this?
You can access your moneymaker budget tracker on your phone via the Notion app. However, we recommend using your computer, laptop or tablet to access & use your moneymaker budget tracker. It is easier to use on a larger screen & makes for a comfier experience when you can see how your weekly, fortnightly or monthly breakdown changes as you add/change your income & expenses.
Can I change the budgeting proportions or are they fixed at 50/30/20?
Upon purchase, you will also receive an extra PDF with step-by-step instructions on how to change the 50/30/20 ratio in Notion. Please note that this process involves adjusting the backend formula & we don't recommend doing this unless you are confident with using Notion.

Have had this tool for two months now and I appreciate how easy, helpful, transparent and accessible the moneymaker is from my mobile (and laptop/computer if needed also). It helps take the hassle out of needing to be memory dependent or having to access a spreadsheet via laptop or computer to make any changes as life and finances evolve. Might I add that it looks and feels so good too. Once you’ve taken the time set your budget up, then you’re on your way. Finally a tool that works for US!
I LOOOOOVE this! I’ll be honest, it took me a little bit to set up to suit my lifestyle (mainly because I didn’t read the instructions 🤦🏽♀️) however once it was all set up it was super simple!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE it!
The money maker tracker is amazing for someone who wants a birds-eye view of all your incomings vs outgoings. This helps to keep me in check with my spending each month. Love it!!
